We are pleased to announce that abstract submission and registration are open for the 5th Bridging Nordic Microscopy Infrastructures (BNMI2026) Symposium, taking place on 23/24–27 November 2026 in Levi, Finland.
BNMI Annual Meeting will bring together the Nordic imaging infrastructures, leading imaging scientists, and industry representatives for insightful discussions to foster collaboration and improve the quality and impact of microscopy across the Nordic countries.
What to expect

- Pre-symposium workshops, panel discussions & industry exhibitions
- Topics from super-resolution and mesoscopy to electron microscopy, high-content imaging and image analysis

We warmly encourage you to submit your abstract and contribute to the program. Please note that participation is limited, and registration will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
PhD students, Postdocs and Imaging Facility staff are eligible to apply for a fellowship to cover the symposium package fee. To apply, applicants send an abstract for a presentation (poster or oral), and a motivation letter by 26 June, 2026. Applications should be sent to the following address: bnmi-2026@ibv.uio.no
