Tervetuloa Turun yliopiston tutkijakoulun (UTUGS) järjestämään uusien (ja uudehkojen) Väitöskirjaohjaajien aamupäivään!
Aamupäivän aikana saat hyödyllistä tietoa, joka tukee sinua ohjaajan tehtävässä. Ohjelmassa esitellään UTUGS:n tarjoamia resursseja sekä käytännön työkaluja, jotka helpottavat ohjaustyötäsi. Lisäksi keskustelemme työelämäyhteyksien vahvistamisesta, hyvistä ohjauskäytännöistä ja siitä, miten voit tukea väitöskirjatutkijoiden hyvinvointia. Kuulemme myös väitöskirjaohjaajia, jotka jakavat kokemuksiaan ohjauksesta ja väitöskirjatutkijan tukemisesta. Tilaisuuden lomassa voit myös verkostoitua muiden ohjaajien kanssa.
Tilaisuus järjestetään suomeksi. Tilaisuutta voi seurata etänä, mutta kannustamme osallistujia tulemaan paikan päälle. Voit osallistua aamupäivään myös osittain.

Welcome to the Doctoral Supervisor Morning organised by the University of Turku Graduate School (UTUGS).
During the morning you will receive useful information to support you in the role of supervisor. We will introduce you to UTUGS and the resources it offers, as well as practical tools to facilitate your work as a supervisor. We will discuss good practices for supervisors and how you can support the well-being of doctoral researchers. We will also hear from doctoral supervisors who will share their insights and experiences on supervision and supporting doctoral researchers. You can also network with other supervisors.
The event will be held in Finnish (with English materials and the opportunity to discuss in English). An option to follow the event online will be available, but participants are encouraged to attend in person. You are welcome to participate in the morning even partially.
