DESCRIPTION:Hyvä väitöskirjaohjaaja\, \nTervetuloa Turun yliopiston t
 utkijakoulun (UTUGS) järjestämään uusien (ja uudehkojen) Väitöskirja
 ohjaajien aamupäivään! \nAamupäivän aikana saat hyödyllistä tietoa
 \, joka tukee sinua ohjaajan tehtävässä. Ohjelmassa esitellään UTUGS
 :n tarjoamia resursseja sekä käytännön työkaluja\, jotka helpottav
 at ohjaustyötäsi. Lisäksi keskustelemme työelämäyhteyksien vahvistam
 isesta\, hyvistä ohjauskäytännöistä ja siitä\, miten voit tukea väi
 töskirjatutkijoiden hyvinvointia. Kuulemme myös väitöskirjaohjaajia
 \, jotka jakavat kokemuksiaan ohjauksesta ja väitöskirjatutkijan tukemis
 esta. Tilaisuuden lomassa voit myös verkostoitua muiden ohjaajien kanssa.
 \nTilaisuus järjestetään suomeksi. Tilaisuutta voi seurata etänä\, mu
 tta kannustamme osallistujia tulemaan paikan päälle. Voit osallistua aam

 nWelcome to the Doctoral Supervisor Morning organised by the University 
 of Turku Graduate School (UTUGS).  During the morning you will receive u
 seful information to support you in the role of supervisor. We will introd
 uce you to UTUGS and the resources it offers\, as well as practical tools 
 to facilitate your work as a supervisor. We will discuss good practices fo
 r supervisors and how you can support the well-being of doctoral researche
 rs. We will also hear from doctoral supervisors who will share their insig
 hts and experiences on supervision and supporting doctoral researchers. Yo
 u can also network with other supervisors. \nThe event will be held in Fi
 nnish (with English materials and the opportunity to discuss in English). 
 An option to follow the event online will be available\, but participants 
 are encouraged to attend in person. You are welcome to participate in the
