The Turku Bioscience Genome Editing Core is hosting a workshop on CRISPR/Cas9-mediated knock-out and knock-in using in vitro ribonucleoprotein delivery. Over the course, you’ll learn how to:
• Engineer precise genetic changes with the CRISPR/Cas9 system
• Design guide RNAs and homology-directed repair templates
• Perform hands-on editing in 293T cell lines
Please bring your own laptop to design guide RNAs targeting your gene of interest.
