Microbiome Meets Multi-Omics is a two-day symposium in Turku (19–20 November 2026) exploring how multi-omics approaches move microbiome research from description towards functional and mechanistic insight. Talks span early-life microbiota, population cohorts, large-scale metabolomics, the virome and host–microbe interactions, with a keynote by Prof. Hauke Smidt (Wageningen University & Research).
