 ing program\, organised by UTU Career Services and UNICOM+\, brings togeth
 er a group of 25 international and domestic students from different study
  backgrounds for a shared experience of learning\, growth\, and exchange. 
 You’ll gain valuable insight into:\n\nHow your values\, background\, an
 d personality shape your career identity\nWhat it takes to navigate cult
 ural differences in the workplace\nHow to understand the local job marke
 t and communicate with employers\nWhat cultural intelligence looks like
  in real working life situations\nHow to become more confident in your o
 wn story\, skills\, and aspirations\n\nThe coaching is based on career the
 ories\, including narrative career counselling\, life design and career
  construction theory\, as well as cultural intelligence frameworks. You
 ’ll be encouraged to explore your experiences deeply and creatively\, bu
 ilding a personal career portfolio as the output of this coaching.\nWhat
 ’s included?\nThe coaching includes a mix of group and individual sessio
 ns:\n\n3 joint sessions with all participants (dates in the application f
 orm)\n3 small group sessions focused on reflection and peer learning (dat
 es in the application form)\nAn individual career counselling session wi
 th a career counsellor\nAn employer visit with your small group to meet 
 professionals and learn from the field\n\nSessions are interactive and ref
 lective\, designed to help you learn from each other’s stories\, worldvi
 ews\, and career goals in an encouraging space.\nSCHEDULE\nAll sessions ar
 e held on campus in Turku.\nDates for the mandatory joint sessions are:\n-

  the University of Turku and Åbo Akademi University\, curious about how c
 ulture\, identity\, and self-awareness connect to career choices:\n\nInter
 national students seeking to understand Finnish working life and reflect 
 on their career development\nFinnish- or Swedish-speaking students intere
 sted in working internationally or in diverse teams\n\nYou don’t need to
  have a clear career plan. What matters is that you’re open to exploring
  who you are\, where you’re going\, and how to get there\, with others w
 ho are doing the same.\nThe application period is open until March 12th.\n
 If there are more than 25 applicants\, participants will be chosen based o
 n:- progress in studies (priority to degree students on master's level)\,-
  motivation\, and - nationality (our aim is 50 % international and 50 % d
 omestic students).\nPlease note that the coaching is held in English. \nC
