 y (Turun biotiedekeskus)\n\n\nTurku Bioscience’s Genome Editing Core is 
 hosting a hands-on workshop on CRISPR/Cas9–mediated knock-out and knock-
 in via in vitro ribonucleoprotein delivery. Throughout the course\, you’
 ll learn to design guide RNAs and homology-directed repair templates\, per
 form precise genome edits with CRISPR/Cas9\, and apply these methods to 29
 3T cell lines. Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop to facilitate
  the guide RNA design exercises.\nThe participation fee is €100 + VAT fo
 r university-affiliated attendees and €200 + VAT for those from industry
