Turku Bioscience’s Genome Editing Core is hosting a hands-on workshop on CRISPR/Cas9–mediated knock-out and knock-in via in vitro ribonucleoprotein delivery. Throughout the course, you’ll learn to design guide RNAs and homology-directed repair templates, perform precise genome edits with CRISPR/Cas9, and apply these methods to 293T cell lines. Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop to facilitate the guide RNA design exercises.

The participation fee is €100 + VAT for university-affiliated attendees and €200 + VAT for those from industry.
